We collect information when you access, use and/or register on the PHC website at www.puckheadhockey.com, when you enter into transactions, promotions, or sweepstakes that are sponsored and/or offered by PHC directly or via various partners from time to time.

You may provide us with information, including personally identifiable information, when you register as a member, create a user account, communicate with us, complete certain transactions or subscribe to other digital services such as event registration, communications, notifications, professional online resources or other media alerts.
The personal information we collect might include, but is not limited: address, email address, last name, first name, country of residence, date of birth, gender, user name, IP address, login information, password, information regarding what pages accessed and when, and opt-in /out options for game information and notifications, PHC content preferences and promotional communications when lawful. To access certain
business resources, we may ask you to provide additional information such as your business organization, job title, physical address, phone number other similar content.

We do review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis and are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold and maintain your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant agreement you hold with us.

Under Age (Minors Under 18) Privacy: Other than simple contact information (such as phone number, email, and mailing address) provided and approved by the legal guardian of the child, we do not knowingly collect personal information from Children. PHC does not take specific steps to protect the privacy of children who disclose their personal information. PHC requires digital parental or guardian consent at the time of registration. However, due to the nature of digital services we cannot guarantee the authenticity of the identity of the person who has authorized the release of this information. If PHC becomes aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete this information and close the child’s account.
